Ingredients/Preparation

Beef:
⦁ One tablespoon of olive oil
⦁ 1 pound ground beef
⦁ 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
⦁ Four garlic cloves (minced)
⦁ 1/4 cup coconut amino acids
⦁ 1/4 cup beef broth
⦁ Two teaspoons sesame oil
⦁ 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
⦁ 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
⦁ Cauliflower rice:
⦁ One tablespoon. Olive oil
⦁ 1 pound cauliflower (frozen or freshly fried in a food processor)
⦁ 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
⦁ 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (optional)

Preparation

⦁ Put a pan on the f and add 15 ml of olive oil and heat over medium heat
⦁ Add the cauliflower rice to the olive oil. Remember to defrost if you are using frozen cauliflower rice. Add black pepper (optional) and sea salt to taste.
⦁ Saute the rice for 3-5 minutes or until cooked.
⦁ Remove the cauliflower rice from the heat and set aside covered to keep warm.
⦁ In a small bowl, combine the beef broth, sesame oil, ground ginger, chilli flakes, and coconut amino acids after they are well blended, reserve this sauce.
⦁ Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the minced meat and mix it with the oil by adding the sea salt.
⦁ Cook the minced meat for 10 minutes dividing and occasionally stirring with a spatula until golden brown.
⦁ Make a depression in the minced meat and add the crushed garlic. Saute the garlic for about a minute and then mix it with the cooked meat
⦁ Pour the sauce you made of recent over the meat and simmer for four minutes or until the sauce is thick and there is not much liquid left.
⦁ Serve the cauliflower on a plate and top with ground beef. Decorate as you wish and enjoy dinner.
